On a phone the pens sit in one small toolbar in the bottom left corner: tap it, tap a pen, then one finger draws and two fingers scroll. The broom is used to erase drawings, and you can use ctrl + z and ctrl + y as well. If you need anything else, or new pens, leave a message in the chat.
